Our ‘Why’. Empowering Graduates With Contract Assistance

Congratulations, you’ve made it to the other side of graduation and landed your first job offer... now what?

As exciting as this new chapter may be, we’ve found too many graduates stuck in a state of overwhelm trying to navigate their new careers and the admin complexities that arise with it. Unfortunately, many early career dental professionals struggle to make sense of the legal jargon which dictates their first working contracts, leaving them feeling either lost and confused, or worse, with a contract that is unlawful, unfair or incomplete.

At The Savvy Grad, we believe that not everyone is in a position to help people, but if you are, and you can, you should.

Recognising this as a pressing issue within the dental industry, we realised that there was a real lack of support around helping graduates navigate their contracts. Combining Daniel’s first-hand experience working as a dentist and Ben’s extensive background with employment relations and contract advice, we established The Savvy Grad to address this critical issue.

Well versed in tricky clauses and conditions, our purpose is to help decipher legal jargon, providing the much-needed support that wasn’t around when Daniel first entered the workforce.

We believe that everyone deserves to have a fair understanding of their contractual rights and obligations. Through our services, we hope to empower the next generation of dentists with a sense of confidence, so they can make well-informed decisions regarding their professional employment.

We understand the importance of starting your dental career off on the right foot.

If you find yourself grappling with concerns related to your employment contract or simply seek obligation-free advice, reach out to us today. We’re here to assist you in navigating the complexities of your contract, answering your questions, and providing guidance tailored to your specific needs.

Good luck graduate!
